I had to get new spark plugs and new coils put in my car. I called on a Thursday and they showed up the next day at my house during the time that they had promised. I got me a really good deal on parts and they also gave me a veteran discount. I was very impressed with his knowledge and my vehicle purrs like a kitten now. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs small Automotive repairs done to their vehicle. Great service and great pricing!!!!

I got a check engine light on a new to me vehicle 1.5 hours into an 11 hour drive the day after XMas. No one answered the phone until I called Highway Heros. They were not only opened but drove to my location and diagnosed the problem and let me know how to fix it and that I could continue driving without causing problems to my vehicle. It made a stressful situation better and now I can continue home without worrying the whole drive! If I lived in the area I would definitely use them for repairs and I’m keeping their number in case I have another issue the next time I visit family!

HIGHLY recommend!! I called due to my car overheating and Casey was able to come out that evening and give me a diagnosis of my car. The plan was for him to come the next morning and fix it for me. I then encountered another issue that morning with my car not starting. Although Casey was supposed to come around 9 to start the work, he ran a little behind. He communicated with me that he was behind and told me around when he would arrive so I do appreciate that a lot. Very convenient with him coming to me and getting the job done in a timely manner and also a great price. I’m back up and running now thanks to Casey. He was the kindest and very knowledgeable as well. I will be calling Highway Hero’s any time I have car issues from now on and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Casey came out to fix my 2001 Honda CRV that had a parasitic drain, my battery would continually die overnight and I was lost. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, replaced the alternator, multiple belts, and secured a ground wire that likely caused the issue in the first place. Top tier service from a super knowledgeable guy, would 100% recommend to everyone!

Extremely unprofessional. Most of these reviews are from his friends on Facebook. I'm s real person who did business with him. He came out to fix my exhaust on my f650. Truck was dead. Said it needed new batteries. He said in order to proceed the batteries needed to swapped. He said he'd fix that and then come back the next day. He swaps 2 batteries. Never came back. Never followed through. Have mr every excuse in the world for weeks. I had to chase him down because he ghosted me. Then charged me $1075 to change two batteries. Highway robbery. What a joke. I don't normally leave bad reviews at all. I couldn't let this one go. Btw, Kasey. You owe matt for the parts you stole from him.
