Wonderful! Can almost always get you in quickly, work is done quickly and well also. The only downside is that some staff start going home as early as 2pm so mornings are best

Fantastic repair shop. Car died, needed a new alternator ASAP. Called at 8am on a Friday and they had the part ordered, delivered and repairs completed by 130pm that same day. Super nice, friendly people, who went above and beyond. Cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. Thank you!

I broke and jammed a bit and bolt. I'm RV camping at Savage River State Forest with the wrong tools for the job and got myself in a real bind. The nut and bolt were a loss but I wasn't stuck with loose body work on the freeway thanks to Hilltop Auto Center. Sure, they only had to walk out of their garage with the right tools and muscle but real character to refuse payment for doing what I couldn't in only 5 minutes!

I was in a bind in the middle of a long trip from PA to VA... new used car, car wouldn't go up the hills, and I needed a tool to let some excess oil out. I went here at the recommendation of a local gas station. Steve took care of me and got me back on the road, practically free of charge. These are good folks. They were very kind to me, too.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. After hitting a deer almost 3 hours from home I was reluctant to take my car to them but they had good reviews (not sure how). First, Customer service is NON-EXISTANT. After having my car for almost a month we were told my vehicle was done on Friday afternoon. We proceeded to tell them that we would be there first thing Monday morning (almost three hours). Drove up to see a flat back tire and the other 1/2 flat. We asked to have it put on the lift to double check and glad we did. Things that were supposed to be taken care of were missing (exhaust shield) and bolts not all present on back bumper. The deer took out my fog lights and they may have replaced them, but they never check them as I had no working fog lamps. They could not give me an answer as to why my tires were flat and wanted me to drive another 5-6 hour round trip to fix things that they were supposed to do the first time! They did end up fixing my fog lamps but everything else will be completed by either my son or a local shop to me. Avoid Hilltop, make the extra drive into Frostburg or Cumberland if you can (unfortunately we could not).
