I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Carl/Karl in parts today. He was condescending in his remarks and explanations. When I told him he didn't have to talk to me that way, he immediately told me it was me or my problem......instead of apologizing or reaffirming that he wanted to help me......which is simple customer service skills. I work in a service field and know that the customer should feel welcomed and appreciated for their business. Condescending Carl should take a soft skills course in customer service or be moved to the back where he doesn't affect others who need assistance in your parts department. I will take my money, questions, and inquiry to another Honda dealership in the future.
