And this is the reason I dislike going to car dealerships. I was help by Johnathan and the initial customer service was good. Their so called 22 point car inspection revealed no major issues besides a wheel alignment and the issue I came in for regarding my wiper blade control arm. After agreeing to a $300 because I need the part from the dealership….the next day I was told my car wouldn’t start by Jonathan after leaving my car at the dealership overnight. I was told I needed a battery which cost $200. He could not tell me how I was able to pass their so called 22 point car inspection (which included a battery check the day before) to my car not being able to turn on the next day. His reason was maybe weather or it just happens to a battery. I never had an issue with my car battery (purchased it within the year), they performed an inspection the day before, and I completed an oil change at Jiffy Lube on 11/29 (a month before today) which included a battery check that revealed no issues. And then at the time of payment and leaving because I opted for a car jump and to go to another place for service….magically….my car started…without needing a car jump. And….after checking the service link today…magically…the battery appears as if it was part of the initial car inspection the day before (the initial car inspection link provides the problems about your car and the estimated cost).

When I got home from getting a simple oil change, I noticed that my light for the gear and air switches was out. This is the third time this has happened after I have taken my car here. They have fixed it each time but this time when I asked for a manager to call me in order to rectify the situation again, it has been crickets. Very disappointed considering I purchased my car from them.

Made an appointment and discussed pricing over phone. Came in person to do the service and the price quoted was $100 more. I suggest you go to a different Honda dealership and avoid this shady practices here.

I had a car accident from another car hit me from behind, so I took my vehicle to Greenbuild Honda Bodyshop to repair my trunk. Insurance covered the entire cost of the repairs. However, I did not get my car fixed properly. The trunk still does not align with the two sides, making it look like it's open to everyone who sees it. It's very frustrating. I returned to the shop to have it fixed and even had to extend my car rental, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. The trunk is still the same. Additionally, I found the customer service employees to be very rude. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

I also want to extend my appreciation to Sarah Hayes, the manager, whose leadership clearly reflects in the quality of service the team provides. She was incredibly professional, approachable, and supportive throughout the process. It’s rare to find a dealership where both the salesperson and the manager are equally invested in delivering top-tier service, but this team truly stands out. I highly recommend asking for Eugene and Sarah. They’re the gold standard of what car buying should feel like. Amit was also helpful.
