This place will try to steal your money, and I will never be going back. Worst service department caught in real time. They took my transmission fill plug out of my car, sent me a photo of it out, and tried to charge me $140 for a new one. I get my car back and in the parking lot I open the hood and it’s there. Take a look at how they described this. “Plug came out of trans, replace plug, clean breather”. I talked to the manager of the service department who talked to the tech who said he “found my transmission plug and put it back for me. The pressure in the transmission blew it out”. But if you put it back, why are you charging me $140 for something your tech clearly took a peak at? As you called it a clean breather???? Did you take my transmission intake plug on a walk to cure its winter depression?? Also the cashier who does all the work should be treated better. I’m not coming back here this place is criminal. What have you guys done to me in the past I just have no idea about??? This is why people hate dealers.

After calling and repeatedly being assured that my tires would be covered under their replacement plan, they waited until after all the work was done to change their minds. Now only one tire is covered - the one they charged me to fix awhile back but the fix "didn't hold." The other tires, despite needing replacements, suddenly aren't covered anymore. I was literally told that I should go puncture the tires myself, then come back so they're covered.

Jay (Joshua) is an excellent advisor. He explained things thoroughly, and patiently answered all of my questions. He is personable, respectful and professional. He even picked me up as the shuttle service had closed. I had a very positive experience at Honda!

Do not buy any "protection plans" from this company. They will go out of their way not to honor them. I have the full protection plan covering all work including oil changes and tire road hazards, and every single time I've come in, they've tried their best to find some way not to honor it.

Jay was nice and gave details explanation. However, the brake rotor resurfacing and pads replacement (for only one axel) took over 4 hours from time of arrival. At 2 hour mark, was told what the repair options were, and 2 hours later still I’m waiting. Their website said shuttle would be available however was told by the cashier it would only take you home or work. There weren’t even many customers and I had an appointment scheduled in advance. Most likely won’t come back due to super long wait time
