I contacted Hopkins Automotive about a vehicle i had seen and asked about financing. The salesman Adam called me and we discussed the trade in i had. We went over needed info and i was advised to come in to dealership, i went in to just browse as the vehicle i inquired about had sold. Adam was awesome from start to finish. The manager Steven was equally amazing, i left that evening with a beautiful SUV. After 6 days of driving the car i noticed an issue, i drove it to the dealership which they checked it out and seen there was an issue. Mr. Hopkins himself went out of his way to make this right. He not only kept my car to get it immediately fixed, but he noticed one tire was not the best so he put a new tire on my car as well as fixing the issue! He also put me into a loaner so that i could still get to and from work. Top notch service! And to not charge me a dime! I have never previously bought a vehicle from Hopkins but i am now a forever customer! I am extremely happy with the whole process. Thanks Hopkins Automotive

I love the car. They were very nice. The only problem was that I only had it a few days and had only driven home from the dealership and the car would not remain running when I got in it. I had to pay my friend/mechanic to fix it and had to pay him $435. For a mass air flow sensor and a throttle.
