Avoid these guys! Lies on top of lies. I spent 6 months dealing with their incompetence and poor business practices. No workmanship on any of the repairs they actually did. Low skill to no skill. We lost use of the trailer for 3 months while it sat completely untouched. They were to order parts in July but never actually started sourcing parts until the end of November. They said they had the parts on hand when I returned the trailer in November to be repaired. They had the trailer for 5 weeks and didn't order any parts. Nor ordered any parts 3 months after that. At one point they said everything was done but two items they were waiting on. Show up and nothing is done. Worst business practices I've ever seen. They also knew there were deadlines and blew past all of them. They stole trim from one area of the trailer to use on one of the poor repairs. Used different colored screws. Sealant work looks like a kid did it. Brand new compartment door with new paint covered in blemishes. Didn't cut the sealant before removing items ripping chunks of decals off. Used duct tape vs vapor barrier tape and already falling off. Painted the fender skirt over all the scratches and gouges instead of replacing it. Installed a section of new J-wrap that was several inches taller than the original, so it didn't match the rest of the j-wrap. They did two pieces vs a single piece and their overlap joint was poor. The whole idea of bodywork is to make it look like it never happened. Not with these guys. The auto leveling control box hole in the compartment door was cut crooked, so the control box is crooked. The right landing gear leg was crooked due to the lower mount cracking and bending. Instead of removing the leg and correcting the bracket and welding it, they just welded it as is. I sent pictures and videos to my insurance company and they said they will no longer recommend the shop.

The staffs were respectful, friendly and dedicated. They were willing to go above and beyond to assist. When the boss found out that my truck wouldn't be ready in time for me to get to the MVA for my appointment, he voluntarily took time out of his busy schedule to drop me off at the MVA and express willingness to return and get me from the MVA when I was done.. Also, on returning to the shop my truck was ready and the cost for the job they performed was more than reasonable. My visit there was just awesome, i have no complaints.

They repainted my horse trailer, and it looks brand new. They were super fast, and very easy to work with. Ryan and his crew are excellent. Highly recommend!
