So far I’ve had an amazing experience with Hung Auto . I buy the ow30 oil and filter and they do the oil change on my BMW I just had to get a 02 sensor replaced and the staff reacted promptly . The part was in early the very next morning and I was in and out in about a hour . Labor cost were a little high but hey . Car is running way better so far no more engine stalling when trying to accelerate .

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! THIS SHOP IS A RIP OFF! IT'S SO HARD TO FIND A GOOD MECHANIC AND I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT COMING HERE BC THEY ONLY HAD 4 REVIEWS AND 2 WERE BAD,BUT I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE BC IT'S A NEW SHOP AND I WANTED TO SUPPORT A BUSINESS IN MY COMMUNITY BUT WORST MISTAKE EVER. FIRST OFF I COME IN AND THE MECHANIC MILO OR MARLO WHO WORKED ON MY TRUCK FOR A OIL LEAK ORIGINALLY QUOTED ME $1300 FOR PARTS AND LABOR BUT WHEN I GO TO PICK UP MY TRUCK HE TELLS ME IT'S NOW $1400 BC HE DID AN OIL CHANGE AS WELL. VERY SHADY BC HE NEVER SAID THAT WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM TWICE EARLIER THAT DAY TO LET HIM KNOW I WOULD PICK IT UP AFTER I GOT OFF WORK. AFTER I COMPLAINED ABOUT HIM NOT SAYING ANYTHING BEFORE HAND,THEN HE GIVES ME A $40 "DISCOUNT ". HE STARTED MY TRUCK AND PULLED IT OUT THE BAY SO I DID NOT SEE MY DASHBOARD UNTIL I RESTARTED MY TRUCK THE NEXT MORNING AND IT SAID "CHANGE ENGINE OIL", BUT HE SUPPOSEDLY CHANGED IT,AS I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. I CALL HIM HE SAID HE FORGOT TO RESET THE SENSOR AND TO BRING IT BACK SO HE COULD DO SO. AS I'M OTW TO THE SHOP MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. I GET THERE AND TELL HIM ABOUT THAT, AND HE TRIES TO TELL ME IT WAS ON WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN..NO IT WASN'T!! I ASK HIM CAN HE PUT IT ON THE SCANNER TO TELL ME WHY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND HE SAYS IF I WANT TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR FOR HIM TO EAT LUNCH, HE WILL CHECK IT. I LEFT AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS BOOTLEG SHOP EVER AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. I'M OUT OF $1400 AND NOW MY VEHICLE HAS MORE PROBLEMS THEN IT DID WHEN I CAME IN! I SHOULD HAVE BYPASSED THIS PLACE, AND I STRONGLY URGE ANYBODY CONSIDERING IT TO DO THE SAME. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS NEEDED TO BE POSTED IN HOPES OF SPARING SOMEONE ELSE TIME , MONEY, AND MENTAL ANGUISH!

Avoid this place! I went in for a simple door lock fix! They started working on my car without telling me the cost, when I asked they said it'll cost $350 for a part I later found for $25 and on the dealer website for $125...smh.This wasn't including the labor. After keeping my car for 7 hours and doing nothing, they still charged me $80. They said they had to put my car back together but couldn’t even tell me what part I needed —after supposedly taking it apart. On top of that, they kept my credit card! I had to return within minutes, only to find the shop dark and locked. I had to knock hard on the door (cause I knew they were in there)just to get my card back. Very unprofessional and sketchy business!

friendly! NTB wouldn't even look at my tire because it was a Tesla. The replaced my tire with no issue.
