I would give this lower if I could. I took my car in for a standard oil change with an appointment on a Saturday morning. Throughout the day o reached out to find out when my car would be ready and no one answered me. Finally someone texted me and said it would be ready at 2. Around 4 I called and the person on the phone told me that they were closing. Someone did reach out to me and said I could receive the car the next day even though they were closed. My main concern is I asked to speak with a manager about this entire process and for 6 weeks I keep being texted, emailed and told that my concern is being sent urgently to the manager. I have yet to receive a call from any manager from this clown factory.

Very friendly staff, prompt phone calls to update customers on the staus of their vehicles, and (so far) professional work. I've had oil changes and warranty engine repairs done with no issues. I've had bad experiences with two different Hyundai dealership service departments (Ourisman and Heritage Towson) until trying out Dundalk. I'm quite impressed. I'll probably be buying my next Hyundai from Dundalk if this level of service continues!
