Horrible service. Came in FOUR TIMES for an extended warranty claim. Submitted all my information, only for my name to “not be on file” each time. Ridiculous and an absolute waste of my time. Do NOT recommend

Purchased my Genesis from non Genesis dealer and wanted to get oil change and ensure the scheduled services were up to date. Was told, I'd get the scheduled services info at pickup but I only received oil change sticker and was told since I wasn't the original owner of a vehicle with 15k miles, I wasn't entitled to the complimentary services. Apparently, those perks follow the owner NOT the vehicle, which makes no sense but okay. Although, I had an appointment, it took 2.5 hours for oil change & tire rotation. This dealership is close to my home but next time, I'm going to take the ride to Genesis dealer in Annapolis.

I wish I could give less than 1 for the very awful customer service I was waiting about 3 hours to replace the engine oil and filter on top of that I received the car scratched and they denied it even though they didn’t capture it at the time of receiving it. The manager is not cooperative and denied what he said and hide the truth. I wish I didn’t buy the car from this dealership. Finally, I advise everyone to be careful and think twice before they visit this awful place overall.

The worst customer service, you buy a used car and it comes with a 60 day warranty. The car is having issues and you bring it in but they said oh its nothing but we will give you a 1 year warranty for free. I don't want that I purchased a warranty elsewhere and you need to honor the warranty and fix the car. I was also told I would get a loaner car, Marcus has yet to return my multiple calls and this is how this company does business. Shame on them for taking advantage of consumers who believe them in good faith so I guess they are scammers.

Their service department is simply awful. I have complimentary oil changes with them and it's not even worth taking it. I rather pay to do it elsewhere at this point. I had an appointment scheduled 8/1/22 which was canceled by them. Tried to make another and they apparently don't have any appointments until the 15th. I already had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment that they canceled. Not to mentioned that they canceled on the same day of the appointment. If you take it there you'll be waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change as well. Save your time and go elsewhere. They're worthless
