Their job was good and staff was kind, but I’m not 100% happy. I was expecting more professionalism and knowledge after reading the previous reviews (I didn’t even check in another place). For me, it didn’t work out that well. The new car stereo looks very good, but the radio doesn’t have good reception (no solution) and the image of the back up camera is very good but I still have to guess how far I am from the object behind, it is not that functional… as I needed and expected to be. Maybe I should have known before everything was installed that it wasn’t going to work for my car, so, I could have decided if it was convenient and worth it to make the changes or not that much.

Brought my 1996 bmw here for an upgraded radio install and Richard made the process so easy. From the quote, to scheduling, and the actual appointment date everything was very smooth. He made the process very clear and easy and I will definitely be back for a new sound system! Highly recommend going to Richard for any upgrades/installs.

Had a front facing camera with a video display on the dash to help me with parking. Richard ( hope I got the name right) did a great job and had to stay late to done. He installs all sorts of electronic stuff...don't want to be too technical 😉. The price met my needs.
