I requested for routine maintenance on my generator and engine (oil change) and minor repairs only to be shocked on the cost. It was less than HALF of the price I was used to. However, where I think this company also shines is that their tech, Rusty, is also an artisan. Requested for a custom incognito drawer under my dining seat so that I do not have to remove the cushions and support to access the space. They did not only live up to expectation, I was damn impressed. You could hardly tell that there was a drawer there and it was a MASSIVE drawer. Now I do not worry about where to put my extra pots and pans. The cost was reasonable as well. Will definitely come back and recommend. Thank you Rusty and Jessica. Finally a reputable RV Repair Facility in Southern Maryland. We had a problem with our "grey water" tank and it was leaking into the underbelly of the RV. Rusty tried to "plastic weld" the tank but he was not satisfied with the results and suggested we replace the tank completely, which he ordered and installed for us. Installed a new battery also and repaired a sprung entry door for us as well. Just returned from a two week trip and all is well.....Thanks Rusty! I highly recommend IC Services LLC should you need repair services on your RV. Fair pricing and quality work!

Once again Rusty and Jessica are THE BEST! I would never go to anyone else. Honest, treat you like family, and always excellent work! Did I mention honest? Rusty could have told me I needed a new fridge. Instead, took the time to fix a funky button. Thanks to the IC family for taking care of my joy on wheels!!!

Rusty, his company and all his employee's are GREAT! In the summer of 2019 I damaged my trailer in Wyoming on vacation. I had to leave it out there until October 2019 for the repairs to be completed. Fast forward to April of 2020, the repairs where done incorrectly. Rusty came out, made a quick repair and then I took it to his shop. They completed the work correctly, worked with State Farm to have the company from Wyoming pay for the work (since they did not correctly do it the first time) and now we are Happy Campers again! I took my travel trailer to IC Services for a A/C diagnosis/repair. We had been trying to get it in for repair anywhere within 100 miles, even considering driving the rig back to the dealer in NC, but no appointment available earlier than 2 months. IC Services gave me an appointment within a week on a day of my choice, started working on it immediately upon arrival, and 50 minutes later I drove out with a repaired A/C and even some new caulking on a few spots Rusty noticed on the roof. I was impressed with his knowledge of RV systems, and his patience answering lots of my newby questions. There are not a lot of local RV repair places in SoMD, and I highly recommend IC Services.
