Have been going to williams quick lube for over 10 years, and have always recieved courtious affordable service. Now I.G. Burton owns it and its $200 for a tire rotation and oil change In our Chevy Colorado. Oh and $20.98 for a "garage fee" What ever that means. You guys can go back to Dover anytime you want. We will never be doing business with these con artists again!

Changed for the worst with the new owners. Bought trucks here and always had my GMCs serviced here when Willams owned it. Just got an oil change today and was charged $170 when it was always about $90 before the new owners. Of course the cost was not disclosed until after the service was completed. Staff seemed stressed and a usually quick and pleasant experience was anything but. Will not be returning here either for service or new vehicles again. Suggest getting your GMC serviced elsewhere. Burton = bad news.

Fred did a nice job. The second truck I've purchased from Fred through Anchor Buick GMC. Vin also did a nice job. Both Fred and Vin provided good explanations of service plans and the vehicle itself. A couple of things were noticed during the walk around on delivery day that I know will be taken care of. A really great buying experience. Thank you.

The service department is the worst. Horrible customer service. Brought in my hummer ev for a window issue dropped it off called the next day said they needed to order a part it would take 3-5 days. So I waited a week only to find out that it didn’t resolve the issue but instead creates another issue. They told me they ordered another part and should be done within the week. No call no nothing (the car has already been there for over a week), I called them and they said part hasn’t come in they will let me know when it does. I had to pull that out of the guy I keep speaking with. No sense of urgency or accountability, just a deal with it attitude. I call them back after the weekend he again says part hasn’t come in shows shipped but is still in Michigan. I ask can you call them to see what is going on. He says no. I can’t do that. I ask can I come pick up my truck until part comes in? He says you can but the window is now worse then when you brought it in so now you can’t use your passenger side door? So basically as of today my car, going on 3 weeks is trapped there bc of a window issue and the rep is telling me they can’t even call to see the status on the part and not once did they offer a loaner. Absolute nightmare. I should’ve read the reviews about their service team first!
