I was visiting from New York and helping out my sister in law. This was absolutely the BEST oil change experience I've ever had. These guys are honest, caring, and very competent. Two thumbs up!!!
Three Sojourners
Although service was quick and staff were polite, I still feel I was ripped off in the end. $137 and tax. I ask about a military discount and get it, $7. Then the kid comes back and says since I have a Toyota and there is a skid plate they’ll charge $10. I told him I’d never heard of such a thing and to stop work. He comes back and says it’s waived. Anyway, work gets done and kid comes back and says it’ll be $10 more than what he’d originally said. The total $160 incl tax. Before taxes $18 more than I was quoted then the discount, so they got the $10 for the skid plate. Unfortunately I don’t have a skid plate. I feel I was an out-of-towner, got played and ripped off. Additionally, most mechanics clean up their messes.

Saturday, Feb 21st, business should be open by 730 am. Just left at 810am and still no one on site and business closed. Went to another location with my business.

I went to William Quick Lube because my engine oil drain plug was stuck and I couldn’t get it loose myself. The team there was incredibly professional and helpful. They got the bolt loosened quickly—while I was still sitting in the car—and to my surprise, they didn’t even charge me for it! It’s rare to find service this honest and generous these days. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with any auto service. Highly recommend them!

Needed to get the oil changed in our car. Have to head home to Texas next week Awesome summer with the grand kids. The quality of service was excellent. My technician Isaiah was friendly and informative. They pulled the old oil filter and brought it up to show me the filter and showed me as they installed the new one. Great service and I only had to wait about 15 minutes
