I had a terrible experience at Ike's Auto Services. I brought my Honda Civic in for A/C repairs, but the outcome was unacceptable. Not only did they charge me for a brand new heater control unit, but they installed an old, dirty, and badly worn-out one instead. To make things worse, my radio amplifier was missing when I got the car back. This kind of dishonesty and poor service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my 2005 Honda accord to Ike’s for two reasons: 1.the car had stopped moving — truly—and 2. The shop was recommended highly by a friend of mine. . Ike took a look at it and quoted me a price. I didn’t know the cost of repairs like this, so I accepted the deal.He said it might be ready in a few days— a time period that soon expanded to about a week. At this point I became slightly worried and looked for some reviews of his shop online. Turns out, some of these reviews were not at all complimentary! After reading these reviews I became upset and started to call the shop fairly regularly until l got a firm day when my car would be ready. Yesterday was the big day. I didn’t know what to expect, but I went to the shop and paid the remainder of the fee. I was not convinced that my car would ever run again; and yet, when I got onto the road, I realized that it had not performed this well in years. Everything worked!! The next day I had to use the expressway and was on the road most of the day. Everything worked just fine. It had not responded this well for years! In short: I highly recommend Ike’s Auto Service. It is a plus that Ike is a really nice person who will tell you the truth about your vehicle!

This shop is horribleee!!!! I took my car for an estimate, the owner didn't tell me they charge a $150 fee just to give you a diagnostic. When he called me to report what repairs the car needed, then he told me there's a charge if you don't fix the car here! And he yelled at me when i said thanks but I ll take my car to a different shop. the customer service here is the worst I have experienced in my life. Stay away from this place, save your money, time and mental health. No one deserves to be treated like this.

My experience with Ike was great. I reached out to him knowing he was familiar with Korean brands like Hyundai. I came in on a Saturday morning and dropped off my car to have the rear bumper cover reattached and have a detaching splash guard replaced and resecured. Ike did impeccable work all for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area!

I have had a bad experience here. If you go here do not trust any quote Ike gives, it'll be grossly inflated. In my case $700 for a $35 part. Despite this - if want to or are forced to use Ike's - get him to explicitly tell you ahead of time what the problem is, ideally walk around the car with you and have him point it out... and then do your own research. Anything less than this is like writing a blank cheque. I will not be using Ike ever again.
