One of the best auto shop experiences I’ve ever had. They got me in the same day, were more affordable than the dealership or Jiffy Lube, and took the time to explain everything clearly. No pressure, no upselling…just honest, reliable service. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but I’ve already recommended them to family and will definitely be coming back.

My goto mechanic now for sure. Service is always quick, customer service is top notch! You won’t have to worry about your vehicle being here for weeks for fixes. The best shop I’ve had business with for sure! They’ve done a lot of work on my vehicle and from now will be the only ones touching my little ole suv!

Amazing place! My gas cap door wouldn't open at the gas station and i called them. A man asked me to come down to diagnose the problem. He not only educated me on the issue but sprayed lubricant so it wont be a hassle. Good deed indeed. So grateful for them.

I can't say enough good things about Fazal , every employee and overall the shop itself . From the very beginning, I was so impressed with their level of service and genuine character. When I first called for a diagnosis, they were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. They always answered the phone and were so flexible in scheduling my appointments. As a female customer, it was a relief to find a shop that treated me with such kindness and respect. After getting my terminals fixed and a tune-up, my car is running better than it has in years. They do great work at a fair price, and I know I can trust them all & all . And not to mention It's clean! , including the waiting area and the bathrooms, which is a great sign of their professionalism. It’s safe to say with all of this , I WILL be a customer for the long haul!
