Dad took his Ford truck in to have two dings taken out of the windshield. Delante did an excellent job fixing the windshield in only about thirty minutes. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

From the moment I called, their customer service was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and super responsive. They were able to schedule me quickly, showed up right on time, and got the job done flawlessly. The technicians were professional and clearly skilled—my windshield looks brand new, and they even cleaned up afterward. My rear window-shield was broken into last Sunday. After calling around everywhere I could NOT find any autoshop that could fix it. A friend suggested Immaculate Auto Glass Solutions. On Monday I called and spoke with Delante. He was very helpful and professional. He was able to order the window-shield that day. I was scheduled to come in on Tuesday morning at 10:30AM. When I arrived they started working on my car immediately. After waiting less than two hours-my car was fixed. Immaculate Auto Glass Solutions will work with your insurance company as well. I highly recommend this black owned business. Thanks again!

About a week ago my passenger windows was busted and I needed them repaired . I was sent to Tae from Immaculate Auto under a referral . This young man had my windows ordered in less than 24 hours after our initial conversation. And placed into my car 48 hours after and also took care of the glass that was left in the car . He was very knowledgeable on the type of window I was looking for and his professionalism was excellent especially when I had inquired so late at night about the fixing of the windows . Sometimes when bad stuff happen Good people are there to fix it . Thank you Tae and Immaculate Auto for getting my baby back right .
