I mentioned to the staff as I was picking up my car that the entire process was so smooth. From the actual fender bender and calling USAA, being directed to Imperial, to reading email regular updates on the progress of the repair, to the friendly service desk anytime I made a call, to picking up my keys, I was totally impressed and completely satisfied with my experience. The 2017 Subaru Outback looked, felt, and even smelled brand new. Thank you Imperial Auto Body!

Imperial Auto Body did a very nice job repairing the rear bumper area on my Mercedes, after it was rear-ended. They did the repair work very fast and clean!! My car was originally scheduled to take about a few weeks. Brought the car in on a Tuesday and received a call Friday of the same week, that my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, the car was cleaned and washed!! The adjuster "Eduardo" was very professional and kept me informed during every step of the process. The entire team that spoke with were very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Imperial Auto Body for any of your body repair needs!

Edit: they recommended waiting at least 4 weeks for the paint to cure before applying PPF. I will be performing this later. Thank you for the great customer service. Still remains 5 stars. The repairs took about 3 weeks, which was anticipated. Despite the damage not appearing severe, there were several different panels affected from my accident and a damaged headlight (hit a deer at night). They did an excellent job in getting my car to look brand new. They even cleaned and dusted my interior which was very kind of them and cleaned up the tires and rims a bit. My one minor concern which I will double check in daylight is if the paint protective film was applied to the panels that were painted or replaced. I think it was, but I need to give the car a second look in the morning. 5/5, well done!
