I have dealt with this shop literally for decades (under former owner and now Mark). I can't say enough good things. They are thorough, knowledgeable, up to date, and charge a fair price. What they can't do themselves, they will steer you to the right business or get it there themselves. One could not deal with a more honest and caring service provider. If there was an option beyond 5 stars, they'd get it.

This is the BEST auto service center in Annapolis, the attention to detail is unmatched, and this is something I can and do appreciate as a business owner myself, Mark services my Mini Cooper JCW, I know when I leave my car it is in good hands and when I go to pick it up we sit down and discuss what service I had done and he goes into great detail the overall health of the car. Recently I had new rotors and ceramic pads put on and asked if he could diagnose a noise coming from the motor, the new rotors and pads feel perfect and he figured out where the noise was coming from and fixed it, and i must say it was no easy access to fix, as with most European vehicles. I will never take my car anywhere else for service!
