Went in for the engine recall on my QX50 vehicle. The Service providers were the best, kept me informed on status of my vehicle, and got me in and out in no time. Not totally satisfied and don’t have a comfortable feeling with the recall of my engine. Not sure if Infinity the corporation has given the customers all the information to assure us our vehicle is safe to drive around town and the hiway.

First, this is my favorite location. I’ve been with this group (particularly Mr. Kevin) for many years and never dissatisfied with the service. Second, I want to boast about their willingness to always try their very best to accommodate you and your needs. Over the last three visits, I did not have the time to make appointments (but will try my best next visit). Yet, Mr. Kevin and Ms. Mimi ensured I received service same day. They are always so very courteous, professional, and timely. With my last visit, I met Mr. James Taylor who is an expert mechanic. Shortly after pulling in, and before we even did a test drive, Mr. James knew exactly what the issue was. He kept me informed and confirmed my needs, along with ensuring my vehicle was safe thereafter by making other critical recommendations for my vehicle (of which I agreed to immediately). Mr. Kevin and Mr. James also informed me of the pricing up front and explained which services may be required in the future. Lastly, for my fellow military families, note this location offers us discounts, which is so helpful and truly appreciated during these times. I love from the moment I walk in to be greeted by Ms. Mimi’s big smile and Mr. Kevin’s personal acknowledgment of you being his favorite customer (at least it’s how I feel), and just the inviting atmosphere they bring to your servicing experience. I never feel stressed when going there, because I know that they will provide me with excellent care and service. These experiences are what you will come to expect, however, going anywhere else, it will not be guaranteed. At Infiniti of Suitland, rest assure, you can trust this level of commitment to excellent service every single time!

The part that needed to be put back in place to allow for emissions testing was addressed by my service advisor and service manager. In no time, the issue was addressed and I was able to get my car retested within 20 minutes. I always appreciate how the service department takes care of me no matter the situation.

Good experience, the staff is nice and the work is great . They fixed my car and it feels brand new when I drive 😊. Infiniti suitland is definitely the best in the dmv .

Service I received was excellent. Scheduling department was excellent; cordial, professional and uplifting during my trying time trying to get my vehicle there for service. Service Manager Kevin was great and made sure I knew what was happening every step of my repair. Infiniti is wonderful! Thank you for such great vehicles and service! Keep up the good work. ❤️
