I was recommended to this guy by a tow truck driver. I had my van towed to him and we discussed the issue and the price. On Tuesday he texted me to pick my van up by Wednesday night / Thursday morning because he needed the space. I made arrangements to have it picked up Thursday morning but Thursday morning he sends a picture of the tow truck picking up my van and the impound information. Don’t take your vehicle to this guy I never met a mechanic that schedules impounds for $175 then $50 a day. This has scam written all over it my van was illegally parked it wasn’t abandoned it was scheduled for an impound and he gave the key to the tow truck driver. The same text to show me he had it impound he could have said what time are you picking up your van but instead he voluntarily had it impounded below are the pictures they sent me. From the looks of it the van is legally parked and in a shared parking lot

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Inside Auto - Excellent Service & Quick Turnaround I had a fantastic experience with Inside Auto at 7436 Old Alexandria Ferry Rd in Clinton, MD. They replaced two light assemblies on the rear of my 2015 Toyota Prius, which required removing the bumper. The service was outstanding—when I called to let them know I’d be arriving later than my scheduled time, the owner was outside waiting for me upon arrival, which showed a real commitment to customer service. The assessment was quick, and I was provided a fair quote before the work began. The repair was completed while I waited, and the lights were working perfectly upon inspection. I also appreciated that they still had a waiting area—something many other auto shops removed after COVID. Inside Auto gets major points for being able to schedule my appointment the very next day and complete the job efficiently. I definitely recommend them to others looking for fast, reliable service. One important note: They only accept cash or CashApp for payment. The owner mentioned they may start accepting Zelle, but credit cards are not an option. Fortunately, I was able to pay via CashApp, but I recommend customers plan ahead for payment. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. I'll certainly return for future auto needs!
