I’ve been bringing my vehicles to International Foreign Car Service for a while now, and they are hands-down the most trustworthy and skilled shop in the Westminster area. It’s hard to find a place that truly understands the nuances of foreign makes, but these guys are experts. I’ve been particularly impressed with their deep expertise with VWs and Miatas—they handle everything from complex diagnostics to routine factory maintenance with total precision. They are always transparent about costs, provide detailed estimates, and never push for repairs you don't actually need. If you live in Taneytown or Carroll County and want dealer-quality work without the dealer markup, I highly recommend taking your car here. It’s a relief to have a shop that gets it right the first time!

I went to them for my struts a couple months back, got my car back then kept feeling like something was still off when driving. I take it to a different shop and they find a one of there clamps still on my struts, lucky left no damage. Now I went just a couple days ago, wanted them to look at a problem happening with my car again, just wanted them to LOOK at it. They didn’t call me when they did find the problem they just went ahead and fixed it and then charged me for it. The decency would have been to call be first wondering if I’m willing to make those payments but nope they just went ahead and charged me for work I never asked them to do.

I needed my ECU programmed on my 21 Cadillac XT5, I called around and there were only a couple places that could do it (definitely was not going to the dealer) A friend told me about this place. The price was way better than anyone else. Curt is fantastic! Very helpful! Definitely seems to an honest mechanic and that's very hard to find. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here.
