I was in need of new steps put on my Ram 1500 classic due to the previous ones rusting out.. I ordered a different style and had Izzy and his mechanic Willis put them on... They ended up not being an easy install as thought. Willis and Izzy ended up having to weld them to the frame. The weld and install have been amazing and have held up great. I am super pleased with the amazing job they did. If I could give them 1,000 stars I would. Thank you!!

What a great experience. The owner walked me through everything and tried a few things first to get my vehicle goinga thinking he could maybe try and figure out what was going on and fix it without haqaving to charge anything. The honesty was incredible. Before he did anything he went over two options with me. I was so blown away with the amount of respect and honesty. From the phone call I made all the way to meeting Izzy HANDS DOWN IT WAS 5 STAR EXPERIENCE 🌟 AND I WILL NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. Quick, honest, knowledgeable, explains what is being done and what it will cost so there are no surprises. I FOUND MY NEW MECHANIC FOREVER. We were traveling from Phila. PA to Alexandria,VA and broke down on I895 just after the Baltimore tunnel in a very precarious spot near an exit. After several calls to my insurance company, shops and towing companies, we found Izzy's shop. It was not far and Izzy and his tow truck driver came out within minutes. Our vehicle was towed to Izzy's shop and Izzy drove the 3 of us there in his truck. Izzy then diagnosed the problem and had our vehicle repaired by the end of the day. We were able to pick it up the next morning and continue with our weekend plans. No other shop or even dealership was going to be able to provide that kind of fast service. It was an unforeseen expense that we hadn't planned on, but well worth it considering the fact that we got off that highway as quickly as we did and had our vehicle repaired the same day.

Asked them to come and haul some steel plates as we were in a bind, and trying to get off a job. They gave me a quote, and when I told them to come move the plates, they said that if I wanted them moved today it would be an extra $100. So I agreed and they made me pay up front. My guys waited for 4 hours for them to finally show up and when they arrived the driver acted like they couldn’t move them and that we would be responsible if anything is a damaged, so we do not load them and paid another company to take them without any problems. Izzy’s is refusing to give me any discount at all despite that all they did was drive to my site and leave.

This tow service is the worse I called on a Sunday morning and was advised they would be out in 30to45 minutes. I tried to call back and cancel with no answer and after I called another company that showed up in 20 min this company told me they don’t do reimbursement!!! Didn’t tow my car and showed up to late and refused to give back the $200 I was charged. I will never call this company again!!!!
