From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with professionalism, respect, and genuine attention to your needs just like you would expect at a high-end dealership. Stephanie and Candy at the front desk are absolutely amazing. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and they take the time to explain everything clearly while making sure you feel comfortable and confident about the service being done. You never feel rushed or dismissed they truly care about the customer experience. The manager, Agui, is just as impressive. He is professional, courteous, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he takes pride in the shop and in making sure every customer leaves satisfied. That level of leadership shows in the quality of work and the overall atmosphere of the business. Most importantly, I always know my vehicle is in good hands here. The technicians are skilled, thorough, and detail-oriented, and they treat your car like it matters not just another number on a work order. The only suggestion I would make for improvement is offering promo codes, discounts, or a customer loyalty program for repeat clients. With how often people come back because of the great service, a loyalty program would make this place even better. Overall, Jbenz Auto Service delivers dealership-level service with a personalized touch.
