I should have known better when I saw no cars in the lot. This guy John way overcharged for a coolant hose that he actually didn't even replace for $900. I would have never paid this but he held my vehicle hostage. He might have a problem

*JOHN* is a con artist. He mounted 2 tires I brought. Good price. Next morning, tire is flat. I pay for tow to his JC again. HE HOLDS MY CAR AND KEYS HOSTAGE TIL I PAY MORE $. Tells me it’s my fault my tire became flat after he put the tires on. Wild. He literally told his worker to go take the tires off my car cause I tried to negotiate a lower price with him! DO NOT go to *JOHN* !!! To note: his store is so dirty there is dust all over the customer seats in waiting area etc. His office/business inside is astonishingly unorganized and disheveled. His employee was complaining to him about being more tidy and together cause he couldn’t find my key first time around — it was a whole thing where I actually thought he lost my key. Second time around I walk in while my tow truck driver is outside trying to find a place to park my car, John looks out the window and sees my car, dude not only doesn’t say Hi to me…he try’s to totally ignore me. Meanwhile I’m standing there waiting for him to interrupt his conversation about curbs in his neighborhood so that he can help me to direct my tow truck driver and take care of a customer he failed and let down! ME. Didn’t have a care or concern in the world !!

This company was absolutely terrible. The only reason they get one star is because zero stars isn’t an option. I took my car in for tires and an alignment, and the entire experience was awful. There was absolutely zero professionalism, respect, or expertise throughout the whole staff. The shop didn’t complete the alignment, at all. When I asked the technician for his name, he refused to identify himself. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. They’re blatant thieves, and I’m absolutely abhorred with the service. 0/5 stars. Save your time, energy, and money and go elsewhere. The blatant disrespect is unreal. Believe every negative review you see on here, this is the worst company in the state of Maryland, and I’m sure the only reason they’ve been able to stay in business is from the few poor souls they’re able to get over on. The only thing “discount” about this place is their attitude, work ethic, and morals.

Stopped in to see if they could check my tire because it had a slow leak. There was already one customer waiting and only one person behind the desk. They told me that I would have to wait until the manager came back. So I took a seat and waited about 20 minutes. The customer that was already waiting walked out of the business. About 10 minutes later, the person behind the desk walked in the back somewhere and never returned. At this point, my gut was saying get out, so I left and went to Jiffy Lube, and they were extremely pleasant and took care of me in less than 20 minutes.

Overcharged and didn’t fix a thing. Charging 400 to inspect brakes, coolant system and check clutch. Was rude. Would not recommend him.
