Was my very first time but wont be my last. Paul is as amazing as they say. Soon as he started explaining his process i cut him off and said you must be Paul. You did exactly what everyone said. I got excited before he even touched my car with the customer service i received on my first phone call!! I have some knowledge of cars and he explains everything in a way that even if you know nothing you will understand what is needed and what's recommended for the future. I needed an engine intake tube on my 2015 TLX after the part arrived I returned to the shop on my hour lunch break. It was installed and I was ready to go in 30 mins as he promised. Not all repairs will be this quick I know. But he knows his stuff and how long his ppl will take to complete a task. Great team working at J&D. So, remember to take your Acuras, and Hondas to J&D for accurate work at the right price. Paul, Jeff and the team are waiting!

I've taken my Acura RL and my Honda Accord to this place and both times he said he wouldn't look at either vehicle. He then ask would I be a return customer as if his services are conditional. This place advertise as Acura and Honda specialist, but suggested I take my vehicles to the dealer. I guess they are Acura and Honda specialist for existing customers.

Honest, responsive, and prices are fair. Did a spectacular job servicing my vehicle, especially the A/C. Honestly have never met such friendly auto shop mechanics. Paul and Jeff are awesome and honest guys

I was in the area to look at a used Honda that I wanted to have checked out prior to purchasing. I called around and Paul at J&D definitely sounded busy but said he would make the time to check it out. When I got there he was waiting outside for me and took us in the car while he test drove it. He was extremely thorough and asked questions other mechanics never seem to. He typed out all the things he found with the car and the price was very reasonable. When we discussed the issues, his phone rang a few times, and I acknowledged he had a call coming in, but he focused on our conversation and made sure I got the answers I needed. He was courteous, fair, thorough, listened to my thoughts and was very reasonably priced. If I was more local I would definitely choose him as a mechanic. I am so grateful I found him today! If you have a Honda go to J&D!
