I am forced to believe all of these reviews are lies. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. There was no communication, customer service was horrific, and I had to call the police to get my car back in the end. This company held my vehicle from February 6th to February 28th without providing any quote. I made multiple attempts to retrieve my vehicle. Every time I did, they stated they needed a little more time. I even walked 20 minutes to lay eyes on my vehicle because I thought they were selling the car for parts. After I received an estimate, I told them I wouldn't be getting my car serviced at their shop. My reason is that they probably would have held it for another 3 months. Initially, they said the diagnosis was $150, and when I told them I would not be getting my car serviced at their shop, the price changed to "more than $300 for their time and having to put the car back together". Both of which should have been added in their initial quote. I ended up having to call the police to get my keys from them because after 3 weeks, they still could not provide me a diagnosis and demanded I pay them for services they did not render. If you are a woman, DEFINITELY do not go there alone. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

They take really good care of you as a customer. I came for a transmission service and told Joel that I would also like a cabin air filter replacement. He took care of the cabin air filter at no cost and uploaded the service report on carfax. They are so much cheaper than the dealership

I had a great experience at J and J Benz Services. I came there twice to get my car fixed. The first time it was due to the fact that my car needed some body work. They were able to repair my car and make it look brand new. The second time I came in and it was for servicing. I came 15 mins prior to them closing their shop and they still provided their services. Other shops typically would ask you to come back tomorrow. But not J and J Benz Services, they will go above and beyond to assist you even if they’re closing. This is the only place I take my Mercedes to and they ALWAYS deliver an EXCELLENT service. Do not hesitate to bring your car there for repairs!

Great service. I went with my GLS 450 for service B and My GLS didn’t pass inspection due to ripped cv-axle. So I asked if they can repair it, they said yes, they are skilled and rendered great services. They also provided a loaner car while my GLS was being serviced.
