So their mechanic service is fairly good, but the customer service is terrible. The people at the desk are not friendly and act like they don't want to be there. They don't call you to give you updates on your car. When I come in, they somehow have no record of me or my vehicles despite going several times. When I call to get an update, they gave an update on someone else's car.

They were able to take me in for an emergency same day fix! They have also been able to fix what other mechanics couldn’t in the past. The front desk staff are great and the prices are always very fair. There work is always perfect so I would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! I wish I had found out about this shop sooner, very amazing service and very impressed, Ms Carolyn at the front desk was so kind and made the experience so wonderful for me, I regret I didn't get the mechanics name but he did excellent work and was also very kind!

Recently my older Subaru would not start and was towed into J&M. Once delivered, J&M quickly inspected and test drove the car over two days but could not recreate the issue everything seemed to be working. The J&M team was sympathetic to the frustration of not being able to determine the cause of the problem. They advised that nothing seems to be out of place or broken and to simply reach back out to them if the problem arose again. I was able to pick my car up after hours and at no cost!!! They could have easily offered "up selling services or maintenance " but choose to stick to the facts and initial problem. What a great team J&M has, they answered the phone every time I called. They gave straight forward and clear answers to all of my questions. I know I will be using them in the future and recommending them whenever I can.

I have been using them since 02 and haven't found a more honest mechanic shop yet. They have always been upfront with me and never tried to push work that didn't need to be done like some other places. They are a small outfit with a down home feel and worth the wait to get work done.
