I had a flat tire on my way to work and called J&R. He arrived within 30 minutes, was extremely professional and friendly, and quickly changed my tire. The whole process was efficient and I was back on the road in under an hour. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend J&R to anyone needing roadside assistance.

Beware and don’t get scammed like I did! The guy Eugene gave me a great price over the phone, but once he arrived, he said he brought the wrong tire in addition to only bringing one correct tire. It ended up costing me an extra $100 on top of the quoted price. Very unprofessional — please be aware and make sure the price he quoted wont change.
