Burnt me for close to $2,000 not a certified mechanic does not do inspections. Will not be using again.

Claimed he fixed the car burnt me for $1700 then charged me additional $100 after faking like he tried everything he could to fix the problem. Wanted to act like he was frustrated after telling me the car was repaired left the shop car immediately overheated. Car was not doing that when I dropped it off and took a week to pass the inspection. He took the car to another mechanic who could pass the inspection. He does not have the proper shop to pass an inspection be aware of this shop. My first interaction made me leave a $300 deposit. Did the same thing and told him if the car was not going to pass I would take my deposit back but even after tipping him he gave me the car back bad with the issues and told me to sell it. Tried to make me feel bad for him because he needed money to have oil drums drained. Is a big fake and knows English when he sees money once he gets paid he is rude and disrespectful.
