The location isn't ideal but the service is great. The repair cost is typical for a luxury car dealership. I love that I receive a video of what repairs are recommended. I have been pleased with the services I've received.

I know what I wrote before and I write now after a new experience occurred last two weeks . After hitting a pot hole on rout 50 west of Bowie. My car is towed there for repair. But I wish to thank The service Manager Mr. Berry who refused to allow an insurance company to install used or below level market priced parts on my car . He spoke about the integrity of repairing customer cars and that they would not accept the job. Berry explained their prices and told the insurance company that they only uses OEM or REMAN from Land Rover. That their store does accept using the ones the insurance company is providing. I contacted the administration who said the only time an insurance company could use such parts is if the original part are no longer in service. So a change in my thought and position on Annapolis Range Rover. And Mr. Colgate is right by deciding to not have anything to do with that insurance company. Thank you all at Annapolis Range Rover for your stead fastness. Now it moved me to know that honesty is still hanging in there. And to know how to deal with the people whom you pay to protect your property, but who charges you high prices for that protection , but latter when you need them , they are willing to lower their standards on the service which they supposed to provide .

I really value Melissa and the mechanics that work on my car. Melissa always keeps me informed about every step of the process related to my car, and I appreciate the video clips that the mechanics send. I've also noticed how Melissa interacts with other customers. She is informative and respectful. Some people don’t like hearing they need to spend a lot of money on their car, and I’ve witnessed how well she handles these situations with not just me, but also with others while I wait. She is a true asset to your team, and I believe she deserves a raise for the exceptional way she manages difficult customers.

The type of service that will have you ready to trade-in your vehicle for the newer model! Currently getting service done now, dragged my feet for a year and finally getting it done using a LR Service Protection Agreement. The agreement is covering the amount after my deductible of a stack. Dropped the SVR off and got it checked in and got the remote battery replaced. Then sent home in an Uber and updated via text/link. They are efficient and sent a video from the technician. Service advisor called with great numbers and details. I found a permanent home to service my SVR! Thank you Natatia! Customer service, customer experience, real-time updates, goes the extra-mile
