Overall a great experience and great service provided. Thanks again to the manager and mechanics. 12/17/25:At this point i feel like my car is being held . No communication. Ive received no updates , no diagnosis, no recommendations or suggestions, nothing. Why am i experiencing such a difficult time? Very people friendly. 12/9/2:5A very comfortable almost familiar cadence . Received satisfactory service on Saturday. Will continue to do business here. Thanks for the good work. Very fair labor in comparison. 12/11/25:In addition, now that I have submitted my personal vehicle for diagnostic and maintenance my skepticism grows while I anticipate feedback from the shop. Its only been a day. 12/16/25:Now on the following Tuesday, my calls aren't being answered. I haven't received any accommodation , no expected wait time, no estimate, no paperwork, nothing. So how patient must I remain with nothing keeping me grounded?

I pulled over here when I saw smoke coming out of the engine and he fixed it immediately after it cooled off at a very reasonable price - free.

This auto shop restored my faith in humanity. The incredibly kind manager of J&B auto saw me on the side of the road with a flat tire. It was after the shop closed, but he stopped to help me assess the problem (turns out I ran over a nail), calmed me down, then lent me an air pump so I could get home. He even offered to go back to the shop to fix the tire right then - after he had already closed for the day. Fortunately I was able to get enough air to get the car home then bring it to the shop in the morning when they opened. His team quickly fixed the problem with a patch and were so amazing and nice. THANK YOU JAZI!!! You are a hero!!!

J&B is the best place and all time I’ve done the oil change and they rotated my tires for free. They even have low prices. I used to be a Wal-Mart customer but not anymore.
