Edit: the dealer purposefully left a hose off for me to come back. They’ve already experienced I should trade it in so I thought this was a lure to get me to buy a new car. Went to another facility and my car works perfectly. 6 years of service and it came to this Edit: I’ve been going to Infiniti for almost 6 years and this last visit was by far the worse. I paid for a diagnoses test and they found nothing. I was then told I needed to pay 700 to remove my spark plugs to check the engine. I refused and magically they found a hole in my hose. I’ve barely been communicated with and my car has been there for 3 days for no real reason. I am looking to buy a new car soon and Infiniti will be the last place to look after this horrid experience. They’ve become horrible. For the price we pay we should get better service.

Great customer service goes a long way! It’s best practice to value customers' time, have a pleasant disposition & provide knowledgeable & resourceful resources. Sherwin not only exemplifies all of those traits but takes the extra step to exceed expectations. Even though I called in for something unrelated, he went above board to assist & made me feel seen & heard.
