Edit: the dealer purposefully left a hose off for me to come back. Theyโ€™ve already experienced I should trade it in so I thought this was a lure to get me to buy a new car. Went to another facility and my car works perfectly. 6 years of service and it came to this Edit: Iโ€™ve been going to Infiniti for almost 6 years and this last visit was by far the worse. I paid for a diagnoses test and they found nothing. I was then told I needed to pay 700 to remove my spark plugs to check the engine. I refused and magically they found a hole in my hose. Iโ€™ve barely been communicated with and my car has been there for 3 days for no real reason. I am looking to buy a new car soon and Infiniti will be the last place to look after this horrid experience. Theyโ€™ve become horrible. For the price we pay we should get better service.

Great customer service goes a long way! Itโ€™s best practice to value customers' time, have a pleasant disposition & provide knowledgeable & resourceful resources. Sherwin not only exemplifies all of those traits but takes the extra step to exceed expectations. Even though I called in for something unrelated, he went above board to assist & made me feel seen & heard. He was very helpful & quite knowledgeable leading me to believe he had my interest at heart. I appreciate the time spent addressing my concerns & I thank you for the sound advice. All the best X

Absolutely loved the high quality of service at JBA Infiniti. We were given a great price, outstanding service and a beautiful QX60. Canโ€™t say enough good things about James (General Manager) and his team of professionals. Big bonus โ€”We weโ€™re in and out in less than 2 hours! 5 stars!!!

Service has always been excellent for me. I own an Infiniti that i brought from another dealership but they have always been gracious and assisted when i needed it.
