This is how I got my truck back 3mo after dropping it off to be worked on. I will be editing this review following several actions I will be taking against this so-called auto repair shop and the individuals involved in vandalizing my vehicle as well as the theft of countless items from inside my vehicle while it sat there for over 3mo waiting for additional repairs to be done after the 1st so called mechanic damaged the clock spring inside of the steering. Instead of correcting their mistakes right away they brushed it off & avoided my phone calls & messages asking for an update only to learn after getting a ride back down to this place that my truck was still in the same spot. I was constantly lied was nowhere to be found. After a quick Google search I managed to find the part in stock at a local parts store within a few miles & also at a few places online!!

Best place in Baltimore to go, I’ve been to so many different repairs shops they all try to rip you off, especially if you’re a woman but not Keith, he was great and so helpful with everything , him and his team were wonderful at diagnosing each problem quickly and accurately. My car needed 5 different major things fixed , I got them all done within a couple days , gave me a great affordable price , this will always be my go to place for any car issues.

Excellent staff. Had my Yukons transmission give out on me. Dealer wanted crazy money and told me about 2 months turn around time. Guys at Jbm had a new trans with a warranty in my truck in less then 3 weeks And didn’t break the bank 👍🏼

Great auto shop, I highly recommend. Keith was very helpful, sometimes they’re very busy and the waits a little long , but the prices he offers and service he gives is well worth the wait. I’ve been goin here for years never had an issue.
