I had an exceptional experience at JBS Collision Center from start to finish. After dealing with a poor-quality front-end repair from another collision shop, I was honestly worried about the condition and long-term safety of my vehicle. JBS completely turned that around. From the moment I was contacted with an update on my vehicle, I felt confident that this shop truly cared about the quality of their work. Danny, my main point of contact went above and beyond—he clearly explained what was wrong with the previous repair, what needed to be done to fix it properly, and what to expect throughout the process. His communication was consistent, honest, and reassuring, which made the entire experience stress-free. The craftsmanship on the repair was outstanding. My vehicle looks and feels like new again, and the difference in quality compared to the previous job is unbelievable. They also finished the work exactly on the date promised, which I really appreciated. The customer service at JBS Collision Center is top-notch—professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on doing the job right. I would never take my car to another center other than JBS collision. Everyone that works there is extremely helpful and professional. The work on my car was superb. All the employees knew me by name and always kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. The only issue I had was with my insurance company (USAA). They did not want to pay for my claim and made me file two separate claims for the work done on my vehicle. I had to come out of pocket for most of my claim. They did not want me to go to another body shop other than who they suggested, but I knew no one other than JBS was touching my vehicle. USAA told me that I probably bought the car damaged however Danny one of the owners had pictures showing there was never previous damage to my bumper from pictures taken in 2023. JBS keeps immaculate records and they are extremely thorough and I never got an apology from USAA. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle there if they want excellent work done!! I will and have always used JBS as my go to for collision repairs and will never go to anyone else!! A special thanks to Danny and Allison and everyone else at JBS. As you will see, my car looked brand new after this work!!

Angel truly went above and beyond — not only was she informative and communicative throughout the entire process, but she created a genuine human connection that made me feel completely at ease. I knew my truck was in good hands. When Dani delivered my car, he greeted me with the warmest hug, and that moment really showed how much they care about the relationships they build with their customers and the community. These are good folks and they did a great job on my car. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for my insurance company. I had to invoke my RTA and the staff guided me through the process and supplied me with names of appraisers (shout out to my appraiser Mark Olson) and answered any questions I had. My car looks as good as new AND the insurance paided what was owed. Thanks JBS.

I brought my car into JBS because I was a victim of a hit at run on a brand new car that I have had for less than three weeks. After showing them the minor damage on the front left side of my car they reassured me how easy it would be to most likely buff it out without having to do any real bodywork. Everyone there was so friendly and they were able to get my car in right away and I got it back within a few hours. It looked as good as new. Just as they said they were able to buff out the damage and you would never know anything ever happened to my car. I would definitely recommend them for any and all bodywork issues As I have taken other vehicles there in the past with much more damage than what happened to me this week. Thanks again to everyone there.
