I hired Josh at JC moblie to repair one of my work trucks. He came out promptly to begin the repair. He initially diagnosed the issue by saying the truck needed a lower control arm, which was purchased. Then changed his diagnosis to the truck needing an upper control arm, which was installed. It's important to note that Josh did not have the correct tools to preform the job efficiently. After the new control arm was installed, Josh forgot to grease the joint, and/or forgot to tell me it needed to be greased since he didn't have a grease gun. That issue alone would have caused damage. After his repair he claimed the truck was good to go, and charge me $350 labor. The next day I had the truck scheduled to be used. One of my installers drove the truck less then a block before the tire fell off, but thankfully not at high speeds. I called Josh to come back out to correct his repair, and he initially looked for a way out of being liable instead of making sure his work was right. He did however come back after a couple days and re-diagnosed the issue as a lower control arm, wheel bearings, and tie-rod. My vehical is now being serviced at a professional shop where the diagnoses is different then Josh's opinion. As Josh seemed like a nice person, misdiagnosing a suspension issue on vehicals is very dangerous for the driver and others driving around them. For this reason, I have to leave Josh a 1 star.

My husband and I got stuck in Maryland and had to have mobile car repair. Josh came to the hotel on a Friday night to diagnose the truck and fixed it Saturday. He was soo nice and did a great job. We would recommend him to anyway needing car service. Honest, fair price and reliable!!!

This is by far the best experince that I've ever had with a mechanic. They respond in a timely manner and they are very professional. Josh shopped around for the best pricing for all parts needed...he was fare. I would recommend, and I would use them again for all my cars.
