Charged me $600 for steering rack repair and strut mount. Never even touched the damn strut and tried to get away with it. The steering rack issue came back a week later. I had to drop my car off on 3 separate occasions with barely any service being done. Tried to dispute the charge since the mechanic never answers or texts back but they don’t put the specific work they did on the invoice causing your bank to not give your money back. Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional. Did I mention that he had uncertified mechanics doing work on my car and left the interior an absolute mess. You would think that if you’re going to do work like this it would at least be cheaper, but no you’ll still be paying normal auto mechanic prices. DO NOT GO HERE!

Don't go to these people. I had a noise and they say yes alternator and water pump. They fixed but noise was still there. Leave it and diagnostics all day. Pick up next day noise gone now battery dead. Battery check and that dead. Got new battery from someone else. Car runs good now. Will never go back to Sunoco at on Marlboro Pike in forestville MD

I have been a customer for a while now but not anymore. Upon picking my car up we were told that if we were to keep driving with the battery already in the car before dropping it off, the car would not be reliable. So we paid for a new battery to be put in. Upon looking there was no new battery installed so we had to come back the next day to get it installed. Also, upon picking up the car I was looking at the inside of my car, and saw paw prints and hair that is clearly from an animal, assuming it is a cat because there is a cat that walks around the shop on the dirty floors. When brought up, they tried to cover up and say there was no animal in my car, when clearly there was. And they opted into using an air pressure sprayer( the one used for tires) to try and clean my seats (key word try) when clearly that is not enough to get dirty paw prints and cat hair out of my seats. So not only was I told I had a new battery, they let an unknown animal roam freely, in a customers car at that!! & Made no efforts to clean my seats( passenger and rear seats) We were told they had somebody to come clean the insides and for the past 3 days we have driven here to which we are told to come the next day, or the guy never showed up. Before all of this I had already previously got my car detailed which totaled to $100, and the least they could do was refund me that amount, but we were given $60 and told to figure it out. It is completely unsatisfactory, unsafe, and unprofessional to have a cat or any type of animal in a customers car, especially with me being allergic to cats. I will not be doing business here anymore

These guys will get the job done and are very helpful. We had a nail in our tire which was causing a slow leak that a different shop couldn’t find. JD Auto Care took care of the problem quickly and efficiently, and we haven’t had any other problems. The owner charges fair prices, and although it’s a no frills shop (there’s not a great place to wait for example) I feel I’m not being treated Amy differently because I’m a lady when I’m there.
