Fantastic experience! Shortly after taking delivery of my brand-new 2026 Tesla Model Y, I noticed the driver side door was sagging and the window trim wasn’t flush. An out-of-state Tesla service center dismissed it as “within spec” which was frustrating. After more delays with Tesla, I found Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft through a Google search for Tesla-certified repair shops...and I’m glad I did! Adam was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to Tesla. He immediately gave me confidence that the issue would be handled and fixed correctly by his Tesla specialists. They were able to make adjustments while I waited instead of being dismissed and delayed by Tesla for more than 45 days! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft for any Tesla body work. I will absolutely return if I ever need them again for any of my cars. Continue to be impressed by Jeff Shaw Collision Craft! This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new. This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. The team was incredible knowledgeable and patient.

Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none. I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off). The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes. The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.

Despite me blowing up their phone left and righ after thinking the processs was all finished up. Mr.Adam and his crew did a wonderful job fixing a minor problem that was caused and also covered up some other scratches on the car that was seen by me after receiving the car from the dealership. I highly recommend this shop and the workers, they are very nice and patient. Thank you for all your help!
