Jeff’s body shop did an excellent job after my 21 S5 was involved in a hit and run. They did a full replacement on the hood, headlight, right quarter panel and front grill assembly. Paint match looks perfect. My one note is I wish there was a little more communication on updates (even just a quick text with the status) as the car is being worked on especially over the course of a month. Otherwise great stuff!

I’ve used Jeff’s for years; from auto collisions to tree and other weather related damages. Top notch quality and service each and every time from all the staff. They listen, care, are quick and thorough. This last go, I knew the car needed to be parked afterwards. I got it to the shop that same night, dropped the keys in the box with just my name and number. The very next morning within minutes of them opening I got a text confirming they got the keys and asking if everybody was ok. They were transparent on how this could end up and they really tried their best. They advocated so hard for me with my insurance company trying to convince them not to total out my car because I really wasn’t ready to go buy a new car yet. So hard the claims adjuster thought I was family to them. Well, if you’ve been using the same shop for 10 years, perhaps you are ;-) Unfortunately, the car was totaled and while I was out of town, the shop helped me out with hand off to the salvage company even though they weren’t getting anything out of it. Not to mention, being given some solid advice on some good vehicles to look at for replacement. I am forever grateful for them and while I hope I never have to take a vehicle back to them, they will ALWAYS have my business.

Jeff's body shop was very accommodating throughout the whole process. We purchased a 2025 4 runner trailhunter and Weren't happy with the look of the black fender flares on the green paint. The paint match color was perfect and everything was done in a timely manner. Thanks a lot for everything.

Jeff’s Body Shop has become my go to for any repairs. After a fender bender, I got in contact with them and their response was extremely quick! They kept me informed throughout the entire process, updating me on parts being ordered, repair progress, and even sent photos with some of their updates. They were extremely responsive, kind, and professional with their work. When I got my car back it looked brand new! Their work, attention to detail, and quick responses to any questions makes them unmatched! I highly recommend them for anything you need. They’re good honest people and great to work with.
