We’ve been going to Jim Coleman Service for years and have also bought several vehicles there. Always a great experience. Sam in the shop is awesome, super genuine, gives really personalized care, and never makes you feel pushed into anything. Highly recommend!

Horrendous service and unbelievable ineptitude. I bought a brand new 2025 4Runner here and had a recall on the breaks immediately. I scheduled an appointment with Darian Muhammad at 11am. I waited for about 3 hours and I was told that they forgot to create a ticket to work on my car and I waited for nothing. Mind you, this service should had been done roughly by 1215. I get a call from the manager apologizing and that the recalled parts weren’t even there to begin with. They rescheduled me next week, and I drive over an hour to get and I wait again. I am told THEY DONT HAVE THE PARTS AGAIN. They are consistently scheduling me to come in even though they don’t have the parts. Darian who rescheduled me twice, couldn’t even speak to me in person and apologize despite being two feet away from. Severely lacked professionalism. I see they have good reviews but this is an unbelievable level of incompetence. Massively inept at basic communication and never respected my time. The service manager was the only person who actually had the courage to apologize.

I had a fantastic first visit to Jim Coleman's Service Dept after buying my Toyota Corolla from this dealership. I posted an accompanying review for my stellar experience buying my Toyota from the top flight sales team. Now I can post a super experience with Service Advisor Kyle and GM Daniel at the Service Center! Kyle and Daniel were very responsive to all concerns, resolved some persisting issues and provided super stellar service to my Toyota for my first service visit. GM Daniel was especially responsive on calls leading up to my appt and highly supportive of concerns shared, ensured I would have a flawless top notch experience with Kyle and his service team and my expectations were exceeded. I'm a snowbird who retired to Florida a decade ago. Having car problems when I'm spending a few months in Maryland every year is a recurring nightmare, so when I got a warning message about brakes on my 2021 Camry Hybrid, I thought I was in for an extended and costly headache. But Jim Coleman diagnosed the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable price. A++
