Awesome, friendly, straightforward staff here at Jim Lewis. You don’t have to worry about the BS you’ll run into at a big dealership with these guys. They care about their customers and will take care of you. Will definitely be getting my service done here and next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle, I’ll be stopping her first as long as I’m still in the area.

Just had to tow our $13,000 GMC terrain to sell it for $500 after 2 years of regular upkeep. This appears to be due to a recall that was not fixed before selling to us. Will not buy from here again.

On 3/15 my father and I purchased a 05 Toyota Corolla from here, seemed like a tire was off and said they would fix it, next day it turns into axle problems. They passed the car through inspection themselves so obviously this isn’t right, and would have left me drive the car on the road completely unsafe. Only giving 2 stars because they did refund our money. But they shouldn’t be passing cars on inspection that aren’t correct
