Needed a battery change. Not only did the service arrive on time, JMD offered to check my engine codes as a courtesy to make sure there weren’t any other issues. Took time to explain everything as well. Definitely will be using their services in the future!

Amazing service! The were extremely busy but came out to repair the tire without any issues. The communication was excellent—they sent updates throughout the repair so I always knew what was happening. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the convenience alone was worth it. Reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this mobile repair service!

DO NOT BOOK THIS MECHANIC!!!!One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. I honestly tried to give him the benefit of the doubt regardless of the bad reviews but they weren’t wrong at all. I had asked him to come out on Sunday, February 15. He said he’d be here 8am which was shocking to me but he did end up coming by 10. Immediately he was complaining about the job I had him doing because my car was “worn”. It’s a 2013 Infiniti that looks like any other used car Ive seen and Im asking for all 6 of my spark plugs and ignition coils changed. I had the parts for him ready to go. I stayed while he did the job, again complaining the whole time about his job which made me a bit uncomfortable. Even got uncomfortable when he felt comfortable enough to tell me how he overcharges customers for certain jobs. He then breaks my Mass Air Flow sensor. He did offer to replace it but didn’t. I could’ve gave him the money to get the part and change it but he offered. I took my car to the shop and even they are shocked to how he managed to break that. He couldn’t get my last ignition coil out but had a tool at home that could support so he said he had to stop by and do 2 diagnostics and he’ll swing by his house grab it and come back. Mind you I set paid for the labor he did because he made me seem like I had him there longer than needed but that was the job he willingly took. Days and days of him saying he’s coming back and never does. Telling me all these false things and false promises. I assumed maybe the job left for him to do was too much for him and he was being lazy so I walked 45 minutes to the gas station and auto zone to get gas for my car and tolls to help me get debris from ignition coil canal. I was outside for 4 his working on that since i’m no mechanic. I then reached out to him Wednesday afternoon telling him where I got to on the car. Then you can see the messages I also provided. He said he was 1000% coming that day. After that he completely disappeared on me and today is now Friday. I had to have AAA tow my car to an actual shop which I was trying to avoid because getting a tow on an already damaged car is not the best idea. **In response to your response. Once you seen the job that needed to be done that’s up to you to determine price. You told me $150 regardless of what the job was worth. Then at the end of 4 hours you still only charged me $160 which didn’t feel right so I gave you $200. And I never paid a shop $200 to do that one ignition coil I said that I was going to offer you $200 more just for the inconvenience. Before you left you said “you can just give me money for gas or something” and I said that I got you and that I’m willing to pay whatever because I expressed my situation to you. and you 1000% told me the countless people you’d charge for a job and you’d be in and out of there in 30 minutes and you would come up on $200 or more for a simple job. There’s no possible way I could pull that out of this air because I don’t know you to lie on you. I respect people and their business. I was ready to give you 5 stars once you came back. I’ll drop another photo where I did get in messages about me paying you. Those messages were on Tuesday where I’m thinking you’re worried about the money. Basically felt like I was harassing you when you could’ve been honest if you didn’t want to do the job. I would’ve found another mechanic SUNDAY NIGHT instead of hassling you the whole week. I was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. I’m not knocking he’s a terrible mechanic but just make sure he gets the job done that day or it won’t get done as you can clearly see from his other reviews. He only got bad reviews when he prosed someone he was coming back and didn’t. He’s just a liar that’s all and I can’t respect that. I just asked for honesty I didn’t care if he couldn’t or didn’t want to do it or not. He was giving me false information stringing me on by a thread literally.

My car was broken into tonight around 11:04. They tried to steal it, but thankfully JMD Mobile Mechanics came through and got me right. They even patched up my broken window from the theft so my car is secure for now. I really appreciate the quick help and professionalism. Definitely grateful for the fast service when I needed it.
