JMK Towing – Extremely Unprofessional Experience My experience with JMK Towing was extremely frustrating. I never received any text updates about my vehicle and had to constantly follow up with my insurance company just to get information. The tow was dispatched at 1:00 PM and reportedly arrived at the pickup location by 2:15 PM, yet as of 4:19 PM, my car still hasn't been dropped off. I was told the driver took a break — a two-hour break — which is completely unprofessional, especially considering the destination is only 25 minutes away. This level of service is unacceptable. I believe this is the same tow company that tried to scam me and stop my car off at the wrong location and force me to pay again for it to be tooking to the right location.

A great mechanic that you can trust is worth a lot to me. I was recommended Joel's from a friend and after a few visits he's earned my business for as long as he cares for it. Seriously, JMK Automotive is about 20 miles away from me. And it's worth the extra distance. At the same time they are incredibly fast and incredibly honest. Joel never tries to over-promise but strives to over-deliver. Their labor charges are more than fair and the two times I've gone I was floored by how LITTLE time they charged. Worth the drive, worth every penny. You really know you're getting good work done here.

This is the only place I will take my vehicles.i have never had an issue with their work. If there is a defective part, they will not give you the runaround, but go out of their way to make it right. The owner was my mechanic for almost 25 years, even before he went out on his own.
