If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. For one this company is not professional in how they speak or handle business. I called over an hour ago to have this car in my spot removed and I still haven’t heard back. They told me to send a picture of the car/license plate but never asked for my address or neighborhood. I called back and the line was staticky, we couldn’t even hold a conversation so I hung up. He text and said they should be here but still nothing. This place is ridiculous and I hate the other companies can’t come in this area. This company needs to be replaced.

I got towed for having an “expired” parking pass. No one gives you any warning or any news about having to renew your parking pass. I was told by JnJ towing that my parking pass expired September 2021 and was towed last night (November 5th 2021). It’s crazy cause I actually had a parking pass in my car, and looking at my video doorbell the guy randomly approached my car out of all the cars in the parking lot & towed it. If my car expired in September why didn’t they tow it then? It’s weird cause in the same day I mentioned to my leasing office I was canceling my lease and this happens. I’m not sure if this is a rental office issue for not mentioning anything to residents about having to renew their parking pass that we have to pay for. Or if JnJ towing company works with the rental office to keep track of “expired” parking passes just so they can get their money & still give residents no documentation warning or notice. I had to pay $280 just to get my car back, I also noticed their were scratches on the side of my vehicle once arriving to pick up my vehicle at the lot (I took photos at the lot as well) that definitely wasn’t there before. Also i had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get to the lot at 2:30am in the cold. Will be filling law suit & police report on this company.

Just the worst experience. Had to call about 20 times to get someone to unlock our car. Waited over 3 hours for them to arrive. While they may be closed for pickup on the weekends, this does not mean you won't be charged a storage fee for those 2 days. Got towed on Friday and picked up on Monday and watched a $350 fee turn into $600. Were rude on the phone and seemingly just made up charges as they went along. Avoid getting towed by them at all cost.

ZERO STARS!! Towed my AWD SUV on 2 wheels, cause $3200 (completely snapped the rear differential) in damages along with the $300 to get my car back. Refusing to take responsibility, claims we need to call the manager Monday. Calls and asked for manager, he said ‘speaking’ but after explaining the issue, he said he found out today the manager is on vacation until Friday. Crook company

I’d give them a zero star if i could. Very unprofessional. They stole two of my guest vehicles and held them overnight to make more money when my leasing term doesn’t specify how visitors violate the apartment parking agreement. I called and one of the drivers hung up on me and the owner called me on a private number so he can continue to talk very unprofessionally. The owner is very obnoxious and will not let you get a word in because they don’t care and only want to hear that you are on the way to pay. They are so use to people just paying them and not challenging their wrong doings. One hundred percent would not recommend for anything! With all these bad reviews this company has, i don’t see how they are still licensed. They false advertise that you can pick up vehicles 24/7 but they aren’t always available and make you wait an egregious amount of time hence false advertising! They say the towing fee is $250 and the holding fee $30 but the very next morning tried to charge my guest $380 a piece? Best thing to do is take the time and sue them because they know honest hard working people don’t have the time or money and thats why they get away with it being so crocked!
