I started coming to Joel’s about 6 years ago, moved across the country, and eventually came back with a completely different vehicle—yet I STILL refuse to take my car anywhere else! Everything I know about car maintenance is because of their amazing, patient, and knowledgeable team. They truly care about their clients and take pride in the work they do. I also want to give a special shoutout to Patrick, his kindness and hospitality are truly unmatched. He always goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and stress-free. I took my car in because of some sounds I have been noticing. I brought it at like 8:30ish in the morning, they diagnosed it and repaired what was making all those noises the SAME DAY and I got my car back by like 2 in the afternoon! They were super nice and very respectful and they showed me exactly what the problems were and let me know that there’s a problem from someone who fixed it last time! Definitely recommend getting your car fixed here! Can’t forget to mention the cost of the fix was AMAZING! So much lower than I was expecting! If I could give more stars I would! I have taken my cars here for years now. I always call at the last minute because I forget everything. They always listen to me and do the best they can to accommodate my schedule. I have had a variety of repairs from simple to more complex. When they don't think its worth repairing they will tell you. Honesty is something I value and its hard to come by now a days. They do great work, fairly priced, and they don't tell you that you need work done that you don't actually need. I refer everyone I can here. Can't say enough nice things about them, especially Joel and Patrick. Can't go wrong taking your vehicles here.
