I popped into John Kent Auto & Truck to see if they had any time to take a look at a truck before I gifted it to my dad. They made time for me to come back later in the day. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The woman at the front desk, Vicky, makes you feel welcome coming in the door. My mechanic was very quick and explained everything to me about the truck, potential issues it might have in the future, and more. On top of all that, the prices were reasonable. I can’t recommend this garage enough!

I scheduled service with them, they called me the next morning and I explained the issue with my car. I was told what the likely issue would be and instead of scheduling me in he said "this is something only the dealer can fix." This mechanic could have easily taken my car in and charged me for the diagnostic just to refer me to the dealer but he didn't! To me that shows integrity and honesty! They may not be able to fix the current problem with my car but we will definetly be bringing our cars in for service in the future!

My wife and I bought a pop camper on a Sunday. I called the shop because someone recommended them to my wife. John answered and he said he might be able to have it inspected by that coming Thursday. I asked him if I could drop it off on that Monday because I didn’t know my work schedule. He said yes and I dropped it off. He did the inspection and repairs by Thursday. I picked it up and went camping that night. Thank you John and your staff. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I highly recommend John and his staff.

What a great experience. I found them on the MVA site for a trailer inspection. They did so much to get me in and out quickly and with everything I needed. Even ran to the store to buy a part they needed - anyone else would have made me wait days. Will definitely return if I need auto repair.

John Kent Auto has been a breeze to work with period. We brought them an unusual vehicle to inspect and missed our first appointment without notifying them. Shame on me I know, very disrespectful, but they were very understanding and got our inspection done without issue on our next appointment. They have a nice facility with plenty of room to move a large vehicle around. Will be back for sure!
