I screenshot a review from last August. Sad that today I have to post this. I was sold a vehicle without FULL DISCLOSURE about winter/cold weather effects for an EV. I reached out to service but it could not be resolved. I reached out to Nissan Consumer Affairs and they flat out rejected me. I filed a complaint with BBB on Feb 3rd. Requested that Larry Kropff respond in 7 calendar days. It is now Feb 17 and still no resolution or response from Larry or anyone at Nissan. I have been a LOYAL customer of Jones for more than 10 years with 5 vehicle purchases, not to include the friends and family I have referred. I am stuck with a DUD. 3 days to charge from 40% to 100% is ridiculous. Plug in at 40% at 0730 and then only be at 50% at 4pm is ridiculous. They got paid…so why should they care about me now. So much for “Jones of a Lifetime”.

I love this place!! They are always professional and knowledgeable of what’s need for your vehicle. All recommendations are supported with great customer service. A special shout out to Kathy and Jules! Both ladies have taken great care of me and my vehicle. Kathy has a plethora of great knowledge and is always kind and timely!

As soon as I pulled in everyone was professional and friendly. You don't sit in the lane wondering what to do. They attend to you immediately. The customer care team is set up right there in the entrance so you will have no confusion. I was immediately taken to the Customer Service Rep's desk and she listened to all my concerns, pulled up my warranty, advised of a few things, explained exactly what they would do and then showed me around so I would know my way around the waiting area and the dealership. The waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating. Any employee that you encountered not just spoke but had a pleasant smile and would even engage in a joyful conversation. The service tech came out to speak with me and was very professional and personable. That Service Center does know how to give the best Customer Service and makes you confident bringing your vehicle to them.

Justin was the representative who assisted me in the Service Department. What a wonderful experience! He was not only pleasant and professional, but also quite thorough. In addition, just when I was about to drive out of the Service Department, I remembered a small problem that was having with my windshield wiper, Justin immediately returned to my car and promptly fixed the problem. I love be served by Justin in Service and Will in Sales. Over the years, I have purchased three cars from Jones Nissan. Can't imagine going to any other dealership.
