I am never disappointed leaving Jones Bel Air Subaru. I’ve worked with a number of great advisors but Steve Hlynsky is my new go-to. I’ve also had Isaiah as the mechanic for my car on multiple occasions and always appreciate his work. Steve and Isaiah really go above and beyond. Steve has great customer service skills and communicates patiently and thoroughly. The team at Subaru take the time to explain and even show you whatever you have questions about so you leave feeling confident. Highly recommend.

Jones Subaru of Bel Air is an awesome, honest shop. Ryan Allison (Service Manager), Emily (advisor), and Isah (the awesome mechanic 🤜🤛) were all outstanding. I had a major wiring harness and ECM issue — a huge job — and they handled it professionally while keeping me in the loop the whole time. Ryan went above and beyond more than any service manager I’ve ever worked with. This was honestly the most pleasant and exceptional car repair experience I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Ryan, Emily, and Isah — you’re all top notch!

Ryan the service manager was a pleasure to deal with, really helped me out when needed. Steve the service advisor was also a huge help and very knowledgeable. Bruce the tech was awesome and very helpful. highly recommend this dealership for anything you need. super clean facility, they also have mouthwash in the bathroom. don’t believe me? guess you should come in and see for yourself! 😉

Shout out to Steve and his boss @Jones Bel Air Subaru Service and the Jones Junction Used Cars. Steve went above and beyond to help me with a service they didn’t have to honor because I was way past the deadline but he decided to help make it happen anyway! Me and my kids were treated exceptionally well for just being at a car dealership! Highly recommended in case anyone’s looking for a vehicle!
