I was initially disappointed with the work done on my car after the collision and shared my concerns. Edi, the collision center manager, listened carefully and assured me everything would be taken care of. They truly followed through — the team did an excellent job, and my car looks like new. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced customer service this good. Great job and thank you, Edi.

I had an excellent experience after my car was rear-ended and ended up in this body shop. The service was outstanding from the moment I dropped my car off until the day I picked it up. I got a quick time for drop-off and estimates, and the representative handled communication with the insurance company seamlessly. The service representatives made the entire process very smooth, and I was updated throughout. Communication with the service reps was excellent, with no issues at all. I will definitely remember this place for any future services.

Some kind of magic….! I am the owner that babies his cars and have never had the need to visit a body shop. I did not purchase my car from the dealership and there must be 30 repair facilities between my house and this selection. This company-It’s people and its processes- get it right. Dennis was thorough and informative about the repair that needed to be undertaken. He explained all the steps, many of which I would have no idea about since I’m not in the collision repair business. He was patient and suggested things can take longer than anticipated as was made aware of the process. Weekly calls were received from Jen to update me on where my repair was in the queue and whether not additional parts had to be ordered. Paperwork management and the toggle with insurance was seamless (I was not the policyholder). I’m not sure what kind of magic they practice at Jones Junction Collision but you could not tell my car had been repaired and the process to make it so remarkably easy.

OMG!! Right the first minute that I entered the Jones Junction Body I was greeted and welcomed. Jen Tudor asked me if I was ok and said that they were going to help me- and she was Right! After the accident I was upset and nervous and after speaking to her I felt safe. I then spoke to Dennis the Manager who was assigned to work on my car- Dennis said don’t worry it will be ok and we are here to help. Dennis was right. I got a rental car from Enterprise and I got a Mustang which was a little hard for me to drive- I couldn’t turn the car around and Lexie Antonini came out right away and turned the car for me! What a company! Everyone! that I came in contact treated me like I was family! They were just simply authentic, kind people that treated me like I really mattered. Thank you! My car was in an accident and ended up at the collision department for over a month and a half. During that stressful time, Dana in the collision rental department was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me navigate a very unclear and frustrating situation with my insurance company. Dana was kind, patient, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. she truly cared and made a difficult experience so much easier. Her manager Ed and the technician Cliff were also incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and this team truly does. I hope someone at the company reads this and recognizes Dana (and the whole team) for their outstanding service. They absolutely deserve it!
