Our service experience is ALWAYS wonderful at Jones! We are on our third vehicle from Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The service team is spectacular, and they have always taken good care of us. I have never felt like they are trying to sell me a service. I don’t need there have been several times where they have gone out of their way to make sure I am ready to go on a trip or they have rescued me when I had an issue that needed immediate care. This past week, Michael, stepped right in and took care of me so that I didn’t need to wait. He made sure that I got to work on time, and he communicated well all day long.
